Master Level

Have met a higher standard of experience, education, and expertise and exude talent and professionalism. Stylists at this level have mastered their skills in order to provide supreme client satisfaction.

Director Level

Have met the highest level of experience, education, and expertise and exude talent and professionalism. Stylists at this level are the leaders in the industry and have devoted themselves to the art of hair design.

"I was drawn to this industry because of the freedom I have to express my creativity to help others reveal their inner beauty. After finishing school at The American Institute of Beauty, I trained in one of the top ten salons of Tampa Bay Florida for several years. I moved to Georgia and found my home at Lava as a stylist and their in salon educator. I teach my students how to listen to their clients in order to share their vision of how they want their hair to look and then help them to create that vision."
